Hi Amedeo We just released 8.4, and it is here <https://launchpad.net/~ubuntugis/+archive/ubuntu/ubuntugis-unstable/+packages?field.name_filter=grass&field.status_filter=published&field.series_filter=>. Basically, you install the repo, update and install grass, something like: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntugis/ubuntugis-unstable sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install grass grass-gui grass-dev
Then, for the plugin, you can customize which grass version it uses: Plugins > GRASS > GRASS Options. Under General you can change the version used to whatever you have.
