I use VirtualDub to convert image sequences into movies. Not very easy, you need to know which buttons to press and which options to pick, but once you've worked it out it takes about 2 minutes to create an avi. DotNET doesn't seem to have in-build video/audio converters. Maybe DotNET 3.5 will, I haven't searched for it yet.
