Maybe this will help you. I made up the 'wind' equation on the fly so don't take it seriously. It's really simplistic but it may help as a starting point. It deforms the building by multiplying/dividing a bunch of variables. The variables are: wind direction (it can be changed by rotating the arrow found in the .3dm) the wind force, the building height and the width/height ratio of the building. http://groups.google.com/group/grasshopper3d/web/simplewind.zip
