That's pretty much what's in the definition i posted. Although it only
uses the referenced line for the wind direction. It uses a slider for
the wind strength since i think it's more convenient than having to
scale the line in rhino. I should have maybe overlay a line that
scales proportionally to it. The reference line is grouped with 2
other lines to create the tip of the arrow.
