Ram usage

i am wondering abour ram usage:
i usually link variables from sliders to numerous Int or Double
containers to organize my definition sheet, by doing so is the value
copied or referenced, will the Ram usage be increased if i say copy a
Geometry or Surface Parameter say 10 times over the sheet (all of tem
linked to the same source) ?
