Hi Alpha, there's no component in the upper left. There's a bug (i think) in the 'sort list' component that deletes the B output (there's A and B inputs but only an A output). That wire was supposed to connect to the B output. Since the connection is still there but can't find one of the nodes, the wire goes haywire (no pun intended). Hopefully, David will know what's happening there.
Claudio: That's because they are the UV coordinates of the surface. If you preview them, grasshopper will understand them like world coordinates. The 'evaluate surface' component is there to convert them to proper world coordinates.
