Please Try using ip *192.168.2.254* instead of *172.16.2.254* It is internal ip of that server. *enable *the rest_listen_uri = http://192.168.2.254:12900/ <http://172.16.2.254:12900/> in graylog2.conf and set the same in graylog2-web-interface.conf Also please share the graylog server and ui logs for issue analysis .
