Ok got it ! And do you know where is you equivalent for /opt/graylog/conf ? 
Have you tried to find the configuration file and check what's on ? I 
installed Graylog from the OVA for my part... 

If you're running a VM, disable the VMware Time Sync if it's enabled( and 
if you're running this environnement). 

Also try to configure a NTP server time on your 
cent-os https://www.server-world.info/en/note?os=CentOS_7&p=ntp
