Now that Firefox 4 is around the corner, the recent update by default removed the status bar "now called the addon bar". It also by default has no standard menu bar. This makes using the greasemonkey context menu very difficult from within a page. I would recommend a toolbar icon style menu (similar to how Ad-Block Plus does it) in order to facilitate in-page use of that menu with the default Firefox settings. Another option would be to add it to the right-click menu.
