Too bad, that's a real issue for versionning and development.
In pentadactyl, I edit my CSS and javascript files, run :rehash
 in firefox, and I'm good to go.

While the current method is really nice for casual users, having
a mechanism similar to pentadactyl would be useful for advanced users
 who regularly modify their scripts and use them on several computers.
