Centre, Delhi is recruiting Researchers, Hazards Centre is a group
offering research, training, documentation, and campaign support
services to mass and community organizations on all hazards -
industrial, environmental, social and political. For more details on

The center is recruiting researchers for their projects on "Strengthening Participatory Governance".
Candidate
should have basic understanding of municipal governance and urban
issues with specific reference to water, sanitation, urban issues etc.
and should have minimum Masters degree in Political Science, Sociology,
Governance or Law with 1-2 years' experience in the
related field. The understanding and knowledge of working with Civil
Society Organizations, dealing with government officials, media persons
and academicians will be an added qualification. Starting salary Rs 8000 per month, all inclusive.
The vacancies are open to applicants of either sex. Preference will be given to equally qualified women candidates. Young graduates and post-graduates with commitment, interest, aptitude and bi-lingual skills are invited to apply with a copy of bio-data by 10 Feburary, 2006.
