Loya’s mysterious death, two days after a division bench had recused itself from the case. Nagpur-based activist Satish Ukey had filed the petition last week claiming that Loya, who was hearing the November 2005 Sohrabuddin Sheikh alleged fake encounter case, was killed by radioactive isotope poisoning.
