Hello, Sorry for that, it's not your fault - that error comes up because there's a file missing in the Gregorio source files (gregoriotex-ictus.lua). I've attached a copy here, so if you place it with the other .tex/.lua files (in ~/gregorio-1.0/fonts, it seems from your screenshot), and run install.py one more time, I think everything will be good.
