Hello, sorry for the two bugs... the first has been fixed by Tracy, but this one I'm not sure I can fix it right now, it's due to (I guess) the fact that TeXLive 2009 changed from updmap.bat in 2008 to updmap.exe in 2009... Do you have TeXLive 2009? Also the gregorio-ictus.lua file should be copied to the ~/gregorio-1.0/tex directory.
