I'm not finding the GABC code for placing a vertical episema above the
second note of the "salicus" as it is understood in the Vatican
Edition, for the common Mode 1 intonation which utilizes this at the
leap of a 5th.
Here is code for this figure:
(c4)LET(d) us(e) all(c) re(d)joice(ixdh!iv)
adding a (') after (h) places the episema below not above 'la'.
