(The placement has actually switched at least twice that I know of...)
Sorry to be entering this conversation late, but I can change it back
to the v. episema positioning used previously, if that's the preferred
behavior.  Is either positioning wrong, or just less used (I'm not
really a chanter)? I agree eventually it would be best if we write an
option to manually place the vertical episema above or below, as the
user desires.
