Yes, the problem is not a missing install of TeX, LuaLaTex, or Gregorio.  All 
are present, but the commands are missing from the path now.  I am able to 
compile just fine through TeXShop but not from the command line.  I have the 
same problem with executing the tex and latex commands form command line.  
Curious.
