All the files work on the Windows-machine (I'm right now far away from this place) and none of them works on the Linux machine. It seems, that I get always the same error messages, but I did not analyse, so it could be a little bit different.
What about the prebuilt package, if I succeed, I will try it! Could you send it? By the way, I have a prebuild package at https://launchpad.net/~olivier-berten/+archive/gregorio in case you want to try it instead. I haven't updated it since ubuntu 12.04 but it's still working on my 13.04.
