gitit<http://gitit.net>
 :
- it is backed by vcs (git, mercurial or darcs), so it can "easily" (once
installed !) be downloaded, modified offline, uploaded ;
- it uses pandoc, so it can be exported to many formats.

If I can help install it on a server, I'll be glad to.
