Pema, Since Elie and others are hard at work on gregorio, it will be useful to update your svn copy from time to time. Easiest way is to cd into your gregorio trunk directory and type "svn up". This will update the directory to the latest set of files. It will list any changed files, and by virtue of the absence of any list, you'll know you have the latest already.
At this point, if all that was updated was source code or latex files, then you normally shouldn't need to redo the autoreconf & ./configure. You should be able to get away with just doing a "make" and a "sudo make install". If that fails, then go back and do the autoreconf & ./configure, keeping in mind you will need to tweak the Makefile I showed you. Perhaps in the future Elie can tweak his autoreconf & ./configure to accommodate OSX in this regard. Since Latex will first look in the directory that you are compiling your pdf in, you might want to remove the files Elie sent and place them in a safe place elsewhere. They will override any future svn updates and likely make things confusing. Also, TexLive should be kept up to date if you haven't already. Look for the TexLive Utility. At least I am not seeing it in the SVN files. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Michael Martin [email protected] Thesaurus Precum Latinarum http://www.preces-latinae.org ---------------------------------------------------------------------- _______________________________________________ Gregorio-users mailing list [email protected] https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/gregorio-users
