But the Meinrad fonts are not free. Br. Jacob (chant AT saintmeinrad DOT edu) made it clear: "Just for the record, we do retain the rights to the fonts." I do not know if he would be OK to release the Meinrad fonts under and open-source license.
Well, according to what you say I wouldn't be very optimistic... but maybe it's best if I contact him directly when things will be more clear.
