Dear Henry and All, after a brief comparison between the documents posted, my opinion is that the adiastematic notation should be in general less high. I don't know if reducing high would change significantly thickness, anyway I personally prefer the 110 or 150.
According to the "litterae significativae", I think the best is to write them all down from the beginning, no matter if square notation makes some of them unnecessary. Thank you, in Christ Sr. Maria Ruth OSB
