That's interesting!

(ghg__) and (gh_g_) get the horizontal episema on top while (ghg_) gets it
below. I guess it's a bug since a horizontal episema below the note is
supposed to be written _0

By the way, shouldn't (ghg__) behave like (gh_g_)? It does behave like
(g_h_g_)...
