pdfoutput_indesign.pdf
pdfoutput_gregorio.pdf
A few comments:
- your LuaTeX version is really out of date, you should update it
- you generate PDF 1.5 with LuaTeX and integrate it in PDF 1.4 with
InDesign
- InDesign does strange things with the greciliae font, I can't
understand why...
Maybe generating PDF 1.4 with \pdfminorversion=4 and updating your
LuaTeX version will make the problem disapear...
