Hi,
I use to do the same as Br Elijah. So I’m now adding these few lines before the
\begin{document} :
%%% Mettre les R/, V/ et + en rouge
\let\oldrbar\Rbar
\let\oldvbar\Vbar
\let\oldgrecross\grecross
\let\oldgrestar\grestar
\let\oldgredagger\gredagger
\renewcommand{\Rbar}{\textbf{\color{rougeliturgique}\oldrbar}}
\renewcommand{\Vbar}{\textbf{\color{rougeliturgique}\oldvbar}}
\renewcommand{\grecross}{\textbf{\color{rougeliturgique}\oldgrecross}}
\renewcommand{\grestar}{\textbf{\color{rougeliturgique}\oldgrestar}}
\renewcommand{\gredagger}{\textbf{\color{rougeliturgique}\oldgredagger}}

Boris
