I haven't been naming the glyphs actually, only put some names in glyph
comments.  I guess if we agree on how to represent all the glyphs in my font
and all (or most of) the glyphs in SGallModern in nabc, then best naming
would be the nabc string, though not sure if the names may contain say
colons.  Or we could name the characters using the SGallModern names (and
invent new names for what it doesn't have).
