Those files should still be included in a source download.  If I browse
the git repository online I can clearly find them:

https://github.com/gregorio-project/gregorio/tree/master/contrib/TeXworks/Windows

You can download them directly from the webpage above if you didn't get
them.

However, if you could also provide more detail on where you downloaded
the source from.  If some version of the source isn't including the
engines, I want to fix that.

On the other hand, I was wondering if you have already got some
finished Gregorian Piece?

pull from, so you may even find everything you're looking for already there.
