What affects the height of the 2nd annotation line?
For some time, I've used this command to build and include my scores
in my document.

\newcommand \chant[3]{\gresetfirstlineaboveinitial{\small
#1}{}\setsecondannotation{\small #2}\includescore{#3}}

It works more-or-less; but I use the 2nd annotation for the mode in
lower-case Roman numerals. If I do "v", the top serifs are right up
against the 1st line; if there's an "i", the dot pushes it down a bit.
I tried using *setfirstannotation* along with set secondannotation,
and that resulted in both lines being set lower, with the final "j"s
descending into the large capitals.
I'd like the lower line to always be the same alignment, whether it be
"v." "viij", or "T. Per." Is there a recommended approach to this?
