I use in the command I line: Gregorio.exe filename.gabc to compile the *.gabc file I wrote in my text editor. This results in a tex file. Than I use the main-lualatex as it is described in the tutorial on the Gregorio website... I open the main-lualatex in TexWorks.. That works... Hth, Joei.
