You were correct: I had some old gregoriotex-*.tex files still in my folder; once I removed them, running my MWE gives no errors, but I have to compile again all gabc files with new Gregorio version (no one of them works correctly).
Now there's something wrong with the first annotation above the initial: it seems that main .tex files can read and automatically insert in the score something I didn't include with \setfirstannotation command! That's really strange... I'll make some other self made trials, then if I can't find a solution (as I imagine) I'll ask you for help again, I'm sorry! Thank you very much, Sr. Maria Ruth OSB
