I may have found a problem, but in trying to put together an MWE, I'm blocked by https://github.com/gregorio-project/gregorio/issues/75, which I understand you are currently working on. Do you have a git repository I can pull from for an intermediate version so that I can confirm whether this other problem is related or not?
