Sorry things are a bit of a mess at the moment. We're working on fixing
that (hopefully by the end of the month).
The latest stable release is 2.4.2 and can be obtained in several ways:
1) Through a git clone of the repository. Simply checkout v2.4.2 after
the clone and before you install.
2) By downloading the source from github as a zip or tarball:
https://github.com/gregorio-project/gregorio/releases/tag/v2.4.2
3) By downloading from our own webpage:
http://download.gna.org/gregorio/releases/2.4.2
The first two are source only, the last also has a Windows installer.
