At the first command here is what I receive with | clip, and paste the result
in the email:
C:/texlive/texmf-local
At the second command, using also | clip, I get no answer at all.

First, always reply to the list (using either "Reply All" or "Reply
List") so that everyone can see your response and follow the conversation.
Second, that output indicates that GregorioTeX wasn't installed where it
was supposed to be.
Please re-run the installer and make sure that "Add files to texmf tree"
is checked in the last pane before you click "Finish". This should
cause a command line window to pop up with information about the
progress of the configuration. Do you see this window? If it runs
correctly, you should get a message saying "Post-install script
complete. Press return to continue...".
