I've already asked in Frescobaldi's Github for gregorio and TeX support, and wbsoft (the main developer) has agreed to add even sintaxis highlight. This, however will take some time. On the other hand, I belive there are some tools around for this, including this online tool. <http://dev.illuminarepublications.com/gregorio/>
