\includescore's default behavior is to assume that the file being passed
to it has already been passed through gregorio and is in gtex format.
Try adding either the forcecompile or autocompile option to the package
loading, or the [f] or [a] optional argument to \includescore.
Looking at the website, it seems we've overlooked this behavior change
and forgot to update the getting started instructions to account for it.
I just committed the necessary change to the website.
