Thanks, now can you test manual compilation, replacing the command luatex by
/opt/local/bin/luatex
then
/usr/local/texlive/2014/bin/x86_64-darwin/luatex
then
/usr/local/texlive/2015/bin/x86_64-darwin/luatex
then
/Library/TeX/texbin/luatex
and tell us if it worked?
(example:
/opt/local/bin/luatex myfile.tex
).
