Do I have the right «main-lualatex.tex» ? If not, can you include it
with your answer, please ?

This a a difference in the command names between 4.0 and 3.0. The 3.0 command (\includescore) should still work, but will raise a warning that the name is deprecated and should be replaced by \gregorioscore.

2.I replaced {PopulusSion} with {Pueri p. 2} with the same 4 mistakes
and finally with {ky--agnus_xi—solesmes} wich is the file I am working
on actually and I got the same 4 mistakes.

File names with spaces and periods in them throw TeX for a loop almost every time. You need to rename the gabc file to something other than "Pueri p. 2". Something like "Pueri_p_2" is acceptable.

3.Do I need to edit my «main-lualatex.tex» file with the name of the
gabc file I am trying to process ?

Yes.

4.What would you suggest would be the cause of those 4 mistakes (the
same that I sent you in my last email) ?

As I said in my response, you cannot run the gabc file through the LaTeX engine, it just doesn't work. What you need to do is process main-lualatex.tex through the LuaLaTeX+se engine.
