Dependencies in LaTeX are not really something that can be handled by a
package... I think the only dependency of GregorioTeX is "any package
allowing to load otf fonts", which means currently luaotfload, but it
could be others in the future... And we cannot guess the dependencies of
luaotfload, so it seems difficult to provide "a comprehensive list of
dependencies"...
The good news is that Gregorio will be part of TeXLive 2016, so the
installation process will be much simpler in the future, and this will
allow some kind of dependency management by TeXLive.

Difficult to debug like this, can you provide a minimal working example
(with a gabcsnippet for instance) showing the problem?
