GregorioTeX explicitly requires the following packages: xcolor, 
kvoptions, ifluatex, graphicx, luatexbase, luaotfload, luamplib, and 
xstring.  I don't know where the requirement for eu2enc comes from, but 
I suppose one of those packages might have required it (though we have 
no control over that sort of thing).
