These additions helped. The results are now the ones expected (and the
ones showed in the tutorial). Thank you.

But!

I think the tutorial should be corrected. The alignment of the
asteriscus is quite often the one shown in the example.

and:

Having to use the command \grechangedim may be a bit confusing for
beginners. Isn't there an other way to have gregorio behave in a way it
used to in the time the examples of the tutorial were done?
