I just tested on Windows and got the same error that you saw, but eventually I figured out what's wrong. If the path to tramo.exe contains spaces (e.g. "C:\Program Files\...") you have to wrap the @tramo variable in quotes in the relevant shell line: if WIN32 set shelldir @tramodir\graph\series ! del /Q *.t && cd @tramodir && "@tramo" -i sername ...
