Seems like a good idea.

On the Intel page I would change the sentence

Caution: This version of GTK will not work on current OS X

to

Caution: This version of GTK will not work on the latest version of Mac OS X 
(Lion).

If the latter is what you meant.
But is it really necessary to put this here. You've already mentioned that this 
is only relevant for Leopard.
