Dear all,
After consulting with the GROW area director and the IETF LLC legal team
we conclude the WGLC can be restarted.
When sharing support or objection please keep in mind an IPR disclosure
was been filed. The chairs will not take any position on the validity of
the patent claim.

The late IPR disclosure caused a TWO MONTH DELAY for the document's
progrsesion and CAUSED ME EXTRA WORK. We will talk more about that in
tomorrow's GROW meeting.
