Hello,

Changes compared with version 06:

- Restructured the module to allow for augmenting the "ietf-bgp" YANG module with community annotations in the RIB. The tree structure remains the same as before. - Added a top-level 'autonomous-system-id' leaf. This makes it easier for parsers to map a definition file to an AS.

Feedback is welcome, as always.

Kind regards,
Martin

Internet-Draft draft-ietf-grow-yang-bgp-communities-07.txt is now available.
It is a work item of the Global Routing Operations (GROW) WG of the IETF.

Title: A YANG Data Model for BGP Communities
    Author: Martin Pels
    Name: draft-ietf-grow-yang-bgp-communities-07.txt
    Pages: 30
    Dates: 2025-10-15

Abstract:

This document defines a YANG data model for the structured
specification of BGP communities. The model provides operators with
a way to publish their locally defined BGP communities in a
    standardized format.

Two YANG modules are defined in this document. The first is designed
for stand-alone usage. The second is used to augment the "ietf-bgp"
YANG module[I-D.ietf-idr-bgp-model] with BGP community annotations.
