Since this document does not alter the TLV definitions specified in RFC 7854, the reference to updating RFC 7854 was removed in version-07 after discussions and reviews with the WG and AD. I did see older versions of the draft actually had the "updates" statement, but it has been removed since -07. Any particular reason for that?
