I am running OS X 10.6.4 with iTunes 9.2.1. I have the GrowlTunes icon checked in the Growl settings in System Preferences. However, when changing or starting a song, there is no notification from Growl. In addition, if this helps (whoever may be able to figure this out), the GrowlTunes icon has disappeared from my Menu Bar.
