I've begun using Growl 1.4 on 10.7.4. At the moment, only Dropbox and OmniFocus are appearing in the Applications list.
A week ago, I disabled OmniFocus' "Automatic Backup Created" notification. This morning when I awoke my MBP, the Growl Notification Rollup showed an "Automatic Backup Created" that happened at 3:00 am. I've verified that "Enable Logging" is still disabled for this notification. I don't recall seeing this notification in real time.
