I need to get these answers please:

Do you get at least the Mist notification from Sparrow?
Which build of Sparrow is it? (menu Sparrow > About Sparrow)
menu Sparrow > Preferences > General > Notifications > Use notifications
menu Sparrow > Preferences > Accounts > Notifications column, everything
checked?
After unregistering from Growl, send yourself an email to get at least a
first notification. Does Sparrow come back into the list of registered apps?
