That is very weird, I've never seen duplicate registrations.  We don't
go looking for apps, they register with us, and we unique
registrations off app name and host name.  Since you don't have any
search string entered, it's not separate hosts (they wouldn't be right
next to each other).  Can you tell me what happens you delete one of
them?  Also, can you try and observe when they might have extras
added? As in, you relaunched the app, or growl quit unexpectedly.  Can
you look in Console.app for any messages from Growl (The only error
message that I can see that would be relevent starts with a very
generic "Unresolved error " followed by likely a big bunch of error
text.
