Yay! I hope that one of our patches makes it in sooner rather than
later, so that the next version of Debian I won't have to patch. If
you want to join forces to push this through, I'm open to that, but
given it's taken 8 months since I first submitted my patch, I hope
that it doesn't take that long to get a new merged series in
